Congratulations Cecilia “CeCe” Garcia RN, CNS’ April Employee of the Month.  CeCe has been with CNS since 2016 and works in Grants, New Mexico.  Her favorite part of working for CNS is her clients and their families  She enjoys learning everything and anything about them, their lives and different cultures.  CeCe says the best part of being a nurse is helping others and being their advocate.  In her spare time she loves to baking, yard work and most of all spending time with her son and family.  Thank you CeCe for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Nelson Mascarenas HHA, Albuquerque, NM, March Employee of the Month

Congratulations Nelson Mascarenas HHA, CNS’ March Employee of the Month.  Nelson has been with CNS since 2014 and works in Albuquerque, NM.  His favorite thing about working for CNS is the staff.  Nelson says the best part of being an HHA is helping his Dad after all he has done for him. Congratulations Elizabeth “Ann” Martin RN, CNS’ February Employee of the Month.  Ann has been with CNS since 2015 and works in the Mid-West region. Her favorite part of working for CNS is the flexibility and being able to work directly with clients to arrange schedules.  Ann loves making a difference in the lives of her patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, going to movies and her three cats.  Thank you Ann for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Karen Daniels RN, West Virgina, December Employee of the Month

Congratulations Karen Daniels RN, CNS’ December Employee of the Month.  Karen has been with CNS since 2015 and works in the South-western West Virginia area. Her favorite part of working for CNS is the extended visit time allows her to be involved with multiple needs of the patient and families.  “It’s more than disease and medication education, monitoring and management: it is working to ensure that basic human needs are addressed and that patients can adapt/adjust to life changes associated with their health issues.”  Karen says the best part of being a nurse is the ability to make a difference, however small, in someone’s life.  She’s been a registered nurse for 48 years and has been privileged and blessed to experience many types of nursing roles throughout her career.  In her spare time she is a self proclaimed “read-aholic who enjoys crafting, quilting, crocheting, cuddling with her four fur babies and spending time with her family.  Thank you Karen for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Congratulations Ionica Mosu CNA, CNS’ October Employee of the Month.  Ionica has been with CNS since 2015 and works in Las Vegas, Nevada.  A few of her favorite things about working for CNS are meeting and building relationships with her patients, flexibility and supportive staff.  Ionica says the best part of being an CNA is making a difference in her patients lives, showing compassion and seeing them smile.  When she is not working she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing tennis and gardening.  Thank you, Ionica, for being a great caregiver to our patients.

Congratulations Clarissa Nocki HHA, CNS’ September Employee of the Month.  Clarissa has been with CNS since 2015 and works in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.  Her favorite thing about working for CNS is seeing new people/clients, places, coworkers, and flexibility.  Clarissa says the best part of being an HHA is working one on one with her patients, making a difference in the patient’s life and being helpful to the nurses and staff. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, kids and participating in sports.  Thank you, Clarissa, for being a great caregiver to our patients.

Congratulations Jessica Edwards RN, CNS’ August Employee of the Month.  Jessica has been with CNS since 2015 and works in the North Olympic Peninsula area. Her favorite part of working for CNS is the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff.  Jessica loves being able to sit and talk with her patients, getting to know them and their family. In her spare time Jessica enjoys riding her motorcycle all around the mountains.  Thank you Jessica for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Congratulations Kathi L’Belle RN, CNS’ July Employee of the Month.  Kathi has been with CNS since October 2011 and works in New Mexico.  Her favorite part of working for CNS is the fabulous support team, fellow nurses, patients and their families.  Kathi loves being able to help the patients and learn from them.  They make her a part of their family and she is grateful for each of them.  Kathi’s Grandchildren are one of her greatest joys and she enjoys spending time with them when she is not working.  Thank you Kathi for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Carol Nielson RN, Idaho Falls, ID June’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Carol Nielson RN, CNS’ June Employee of the Month.  Carol has been with CNS since 2014 and works in Southern Idaho.  She said that she likes the CNS logo and CNScares as we do care for our patients and energy workers.  Carol says the best part of being a nurse is helping people when they need it most. In her spare time Carol cross stitches and makes pillows and pillowcases.  Carol is thankful for the medical profession who continue to find better ways to help people!  Thank you Carol for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Sabrina Montoya RN, Hillsboro, NM May’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Sabrina Montoya RN, CNS’ May Employee of the Month.  Sabrina has been with CNS since January 2010 and works in the Southwest region of New Mexico.  Her favorite part of working for CNS is working with the patients and the friendships she’s built.  Sabrina said that the best part of being a nurse is caring for the patients.  Water sports, such as wake boarding, and other sports such as baseball and football with her kids, keep her busy when she is not working!  Thank you Sabrina for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Doreen Lehnhoff HHA, UT April’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Doreen Lehnhoff, CNS’ April Employee of the Month.  Doreen has been with CNS since 2012 and works in South Eastern, Utah.  Her favorite thing about working for CNS is working with the people.  She enjoys meeting and caring for clients, hearing their stories of a bygone era and says “It’s like being with your own grandparents again.”  She considers it a mutual benefit saying that she benefits from it as much as they do and finds her work fulfilling.  Doreen loves the outdoors especially camping, gardening her vegetable and flower gardens and shooting with her family.  She is also a volunteer firefighter.  Thank you, Doreen, for being a great caregiver to our patients.

Edna Powell CNA, Grand Junction, CO March’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Edna Powell CNA, CNS’ March Employee of the Month.  She has been with CNS since 2008 and works in the Grand Junction area. Shawn, the staff and patients are a few reasons that Edna enjoys working for CNS. Bridgette Baca HHA, Grants, New Mexico February’s Employee of The Month

Congratulations Bridgette Baca HHA, CNS’ February Employee of the Month.  Bridgette has been with CNS since 2013 and works in Grants, New Mexico where she was raised during the Grants boom.  She most enjoys the relationships she has built with each of her clients and cooking meals for them.  In her spare time she is a writer and was named Famous Poet of The Year in Reno, Nevada three years in a row.  Bridgette is also an avid reader.  Thank you, Bridgette, for being a great caregiver to our patients.

Gladys “Zee” Oyeku RN, Albuquerque, New Mexico’s January Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Gladys “Zee” Oyeku RN CNS’ January Employee of the Month.  Zee has been with CNS since August 2010 and works in the Albuquerque and Grants areas.  She enjoys working for CNS as it has given her flexibility to work and spend quality time with her family and clients.  Zee says the best part of being a nurse is “being able to show my clients care and compassion as they deserve.”  Zee is a spiritual person who loves dancing, listening to music and enjoys watching her son play football and basketball.  Thank you Zee for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Congratulations Lisa Greenhalgh LPN, CNS’ December Employee of the Month. Lisa has been with CNS since 2010 and works in the Salt Lake County and Utah County areas. Her favorite thing about working for CNS is the patients and how well she is treated by the company as a whole.  Lisa says “The best part of being a nurse is being able to help those in need and she enjoys service to the community.”  In her spare time she is a singer and song writer as well as an artist.  Thank you Lisa for being an excellent caregiver to our patients!

 

 

 

Christy Johnson RN, Las Vegas Nevada, November’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Christy Johnson RN, CNS’ November Employee of the Month. Christy has been with CNS since 2014 and works in the Northern Rural Nevada area. Her favorite thing about working for CNS is how supportive all of the staff are and said “the work atmosphere at CNS is full of camaraderie and I always feel supported, guided and mentored at CNS.  It has been the most healthy organization that I have worked for.”  Christy says “The best part of being a nurse is that nursing is always a changing and dynamic profession that provides new and continuous challenges for all of us. This satiates my busy brain and constant desire to learn, grow, accomplish the unthinkable, and see real live miracles on a daily basis. It’s scientific, it’s compassionate, it’s exciting, it’s heartbreaking, and its incredibly rewarding all at the same time. Life as a nurse is very raw and real, and I find that increasingly satisfying.”  She is currently continuing her education working on her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Nevada of Reno.  Christy has four beautiful and intelligent daughters that keep her busy, ages 15, 10, 2 and 1.  She and her husband love to travel when their busy schedules permit in addition to a slew of other activities and hobbies.  Thank you Christy for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Amy Chavez RN, Las Vegas, NM, October’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Amy Chavez RN, CNS’ October Employee of the Month.  Amy has been with CNS since December 2010 and serves 3 counties in New Mexico.  Her favorite thing about working for CNS is the new friends she’s made over the years and the relationships that have blossomed, greatly enriching her life.  Amy loves that the staff at CNS is always so helpful, cheerful and quick to respond to any needs or problems she may have out in the field!  She says “the trust that is put in me by the patients and their families is humbling and a great honor, I love being a nurse!.  There is no greater feeling than the heartfelt gratitude expressed by people when they are cared for gently and lovingly.  I feel blessed to be able to serve my community in this capacity.  A great big thanks to every nurse I’ve ever worked with who helped me to learn and grow in this career.  Thank You CNS!  God Bless America and every nurse, every day!!” Some of Amy’s hobbies include antique shopping, canning, cooking, hiking, gardening, sewing, anything outdoors with her two sons and husband. Amy loves dancing to Country Music and Northern New Mexico Rancheras!  Thank you Amy for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Deanna Patrick CNA, Richland, WA September’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Deanna Patrick, CNS’ September Employee of the Month.  Deanna has been with CNS since July 2014 and works in the Tri Cities area.  She most enjoys working with each of her clients and getting to know their individual personalities and takes great pride in helping her patients maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home.  Deanna loves to knit and crochet hats and scarves in her spare time.  Thank you, Deanna, for being a great caregiver to our patients.

Jennifer Gilmore LPN, Kayenta, AZ August’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations Jennifer Gilmore, CNS’ August Employee of the Month.  Jennifer has been with CNS since November 2010 and works in the Kayenta/Monument Valley area. Flexible hours, wonderful Case Managers, and caring for the elderly Navajo patients are a few of her favorite things about working for CNS.  She says the best part of being a LPN is health education and patient care!  A few hobbies Jennifer enjoys are gardening, listening to all genres of music, and watching movies.  This fall she plans on going back to school to earn her Associate RN degree.  Thank you, Jennifer, for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Ambra Scouten RN, Idaho Falls, ID July’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Ambra Scouten RN, CNS’ July Employee of the Month. Ambra has been with CNS since June 2013 and works in the Southeastern Idaho area. Her favorite thing about working for CNS is she loves being able to go into the patients’ homes and working not only with the patients but with the patient’s families. She also loves that we can offer exceptional care to each patient in their home environment, which is where they feel the most comfortable. Ambra loves CNS and feels that the company has been great to her & even better to work with, that is why she continues to work for CNS.  Ambra says the best part of being a nurse is helping others in need, it is very satisfying and she would not change her occupation in a million years!  “I absolutely LOVE being a nurse!!”  A few hobbies Ambra enjoys are kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, skiing & of course working (hahaha)….Thank you, Ambra, for being a great nurse and caregiver to our patients.

Elaine Borchert RN, Grants, New Mexico’s May Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Elaine Borchert RN, CNS’ May Employee of the Month. Elaine has been with CNS since December 2012 and works in the Grants area. Her favorite thing about working for CNS is contact with her patients because they make her feel like part of their family. She says the best part of being a nurse is helping people! Elaine enjoys riding, four wheeling, camping and hunting. She loves all animals, especially her ducks, chickens, doves, dogs and cats. Congratulations to Lisa Salzbrenner RN, CNS’ April Employee of the Month. Lisa has been with CNS since 2010 and works in the Four Corners area. Judy Hallmark HHA, Albuquerque, New Mexico’s February Employee of the Month

Congratulations Judy Hallmark HHA, CNS’ February Employee of the Month.  She has been with CNS since September 2012 and works in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area and with her patient of over five years.  Judy says the best part of being a Home Health Aide is working with elderly people which she has been doing for over 30 years. She considers her ability to work well with the elderly a gift and has worked well with the elderly since she was a little girl. Two things Judy loves about working for CNS are her Patient and Case Manager Mandy!  Judy is a Grandmother and says “it’s pretty awesome”.  She enjoys hiking, making jewelry, bee keeping and harvesting honey, and being out in nature.  Thank you Judy for your dedication to great patient care!

 

 

 

Kelsi Gardiner RN, Salt Lake City, UT January’s Employee of the Month
